Missed Group Class Policy

One month sessions (4 group lessons) are paid for in advance.

A missed lesson with 24-hour advanced notice may be made up on a different day only when approved by Coach Jimmy.

Less than 24-hour notice and/or no-show's require a paid make-up lesson to be paid on or before the lesson.

All make-up lessons must be done on a different day than the scheduled lesson.

Lessons or credits may not be carried forward to the next month.

No refunds are offered for missed classes.
Missed Private Lesson Policy

A missed private lesson with 24-hour advanced notice may be made up on a different day only when approved by Coach Jimmy.

Less than 24-hour notice and/or no-shows forfeit the lesson (no make-up sessions will be given).

All approved make-up lessons must be done on a different day than the scheduled lesson.

Students have one month from the date of the missed lesson to complete an approved make-up session.
In the event of rain...
If it is currently raining in the general vicinity of the tennis courts, or within the hour before the scheduled lesson, it is most likely that the lesson will be cancelled. However, if it is not raining, or if rain has ceased within 1-2 hours or more of the scheduled lesson, or if it is windy or sunny after the rain has stopped, there is a good chance that the lesson will be held. If there is any doubt, it is the student's responsibility to show up or call (949) 371-3639 in advance to confirm!
